Roles and responsibilities are also very important in an EPM environment.  We can help you look at who-does-what and how projects and programmes are impacted across the enterprise by different people and how those people need to interact and communicate with each other.

Before your team embarks on implementing EPM, ensure they are fully trained!  Although this may appear to be 'putting the cart before the horse', our extensive EPM experience has shown that project teams are better equipped to implement EPM in their organizations - if they first of all understand what EPM is about.
