During 2006, we worked in partnership with Kingspan Insulation Ltd to implement and deploy a Microsoft Project EPM solution.  Below you can read some of the key comments...

During summer 2003, Pace Microelectronics asked us to work with their Programme Office to help them upgrade from Microsoft Project 2000 to an enterprise-wide implementation of Microsoft Project 2002 Server, Professional and Project Web Access.  Below are some key observations...

"The total load on the system is of the order 30,000 tasks and a total of 800 resources."

"The workload for the Programme Office was substantial and could have been reduced by having all projects stored within a central database that could be accessed by all."
