Tips and tricks this month have a much more interactive look and feel to them. Many newsletter subscribers asked if we could present the information in a web page format, as opposed to a PDF document. This we've done - and we've gone a step further too. These new tips and tricks are in the form of an interactive lesson
, with step-by-step instructions, backed up by detailed keyword definitions. We hope that you like them.

Project Mentor version 2.12 now available |
| Over the past few months, our development team has been industriously working on an update to our Project Mentor Learning system. We're delighted to announce that this is now available as a no-cost update for existing Project Mentor 2.x users. Amongst many small improvements, the two key additions made are: |
